- 2000 : Renuka Tools was founded in the year 2000 in Aurangabad, India as a startup venture by Dr. Vilas Mulay as an angel investor.
- 2009 : We participated in an export promotion program organized by CBI (Centre for the Promotion of Imports), an agency of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. CBI conducts classroom training by experts, factory visits by European experts and counsels on manufacturing and marketing of products.
